1. Order once booked, shall not be cancelled, nor the advance received shall be
refunded.
2. Prices : The Rate That will be sent to you will be Net C&F (Cost and
Freight) Till Door
Delivery to you in YOUR COUNTRY. No Taxes on our side(India). Forwarding, Insurance will
be charged extra as
applicable at the time of dispatch.
3. Packing:- Export packing charges will be included in the offer.
4. Payment : 100% advance, by Swift T.T. Bank transfer/Credit Card / International Cheque.
Our Bank Details will be Emailed to you.
5. International Freight Till Home Delivery Extra As Actual will be charged if
applicable.
6. Warranty : One year’s warantee against manufacturing defect, if any.
7. Jurisdiction : Any dispute shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of
Amritsar only.
8. Delivery : Within 1-4 Weeks approx. on receipt of confirm order along with
advance.
9. Transit Time: Approx 20-30 Days.
10. All The Rates are in US Dollar Currency, but we can also quote in Euro
currency.
11.Any Taxes, Duties etc in your
country are your responsibility.
